Revolgy hiring process revealed

Revolgy’s interview process is designed to give you the most engaging and transparent candidate experience possible. We ensure you have all the information and resources you need throughout the entire process. Our goal is to enable informed decisions for both parties and confirm a perfect fit.

Let’s go through the hiring stages and help you understand the purpose and expectations at each step.

Stage 1: Your application continues asynchronously via form and video

The first step in our hiring process is an asynchronous application form and video introduction, designed to make our hiring process efficient for both you and our hiring team. In the form, you will answer a few essential questions and introduce yourself, giving us a glimpse into your experience and personality.

Since we’re a remote company, this flexible, async approach doesn’t just streamline the process — it’s a natural fit with our remote-first culture.

Stage 2: Screening call with a representative of our People Success Team

Your second step in the Revolgy experience is a 45-minute video call via Google Meet with a member of our People Success Team. The purpose of this meeting is to get to know you better and understand your motivation to join the company.

 

 

A unique aspect of this stage is our use of short puzzles, executed through Google Slides. These puzzles are crafted to understand how you approach challenges, offering us a window into your cognitive abilities and soft skills — key components that ensure we align on more than just the technical requirements, which are essential for thriving in our dynamic environment.

These puzzles are also a great insight into Revolgy culture and into how we work, and they allow you to better understand your potential future workplace as well.

Stage 3: Meet the Hiring Team

In the second round of interviews, you’ll engage in an hour-long video call via Google Meet with your potential future manager, up to two team members, and a People Success representative. The purpose of this interview is to give you deeper insight into the team dynamics, role expectations and responsibilities, and how your professional background aligns with our needs.

This round emphasizes understanding your professional background and essential skills needed for successful role performance. Here, you’ll engage in exercises (also executed through Google Slides) simulating real-life scenarios relevant to the role you’re applying for. This hands-on approach allows us to assess your technical skills and how you apply them to solve actual work-related challenges. It’s also a perfect moment for you to grasp the role’s realities, ensuring alignment with your career aspirations and working style.

Last but not least, we give you enough time to ask questions and address any concerns you may have. With that, we also confirm your expectations, and we introduce you to how we can support you on your career path.
